PHTAYA72 USER AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaya72 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phtaya72 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the phtaya72 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of its provisions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phtaya72 platform and close your account.

phtaya72 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the phtaya72 platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on phtaya72, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. phtaya72 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phtaya72, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phtaya72 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

phtaya72 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, and to void any wagers placed by ineligible players. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player will be returned to the original payment source, less any applicable processing fees.

To access the full range of phtaya72 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active phtaya72 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phtaya72 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

• You must provide a valid and active email address that you own and control.
• You must provide a valid Philippine mobile number for account verification and security purposes.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

phtaya72 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such rejection.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phtaya72 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your phtaya72 account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified phtaya72 of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring. phtaya72 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact phtaya72 customer support immediately via live chat. phtaya72 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.

All financial transactions on phtaya72 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phtaya72 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phtaya72's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the phtaya72 deposit page and are subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phtaya72 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phtaya72 wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your phtaya72 account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the phtaya72 withdrawal page.
• phtaya72 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
• phtaya72 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

phtaya72 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your phtaya72 account in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• phtaya72 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other exploitative strategies — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All games available on phtaya72 — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, and card games such as Callbreak Quick — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

phtaya72 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, and verified live dealer feeds from licensed game providers for live casino titles. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action outside of the game itself.

phtaya72 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a pricing or odds error, a software bug, or any other technical fault. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended and any winnings derived from such exploitation forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya72 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phtaya72 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct in connection with the use of phtaya72.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phtaya72 software or systems.
• Using the phtaya72 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaya72 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing phtaya72 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

phtaya72 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phtaya72 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phtaya72 account.

All content on the phtaya72 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phtaya72 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtaya72 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phtaya72 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phtaya72 content.
• Use any phtaya72 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phtaya72 platform.

Any unauthorized use of phtaya72 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya72 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phtaya72 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

phtaya72's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya72 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude phtaya72's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phtaya72 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward phtaya72 staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. phtaya72 is not obligated to return funds that are subject to forfeiture under these Terms and Conditions.

You may close your phtaya72 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

phtaya72 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on phtaya72, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phtaya72 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), where required by law, or where you have given your consent.

phtaya72 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phtaya72 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the phtaya72 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on the phtaya72 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
